Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product arrived.

3. Products where hygiene is important were thoroughly cleaned before the return process began.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process.

Make sure the email contains the following information
Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will talk to you and give you the return address.
Never return to sender, we will give you the correct address when you have asked us to. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if he is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession:

Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund after receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Casa Chique) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). The cancellation is effective when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Registration of shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transport times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel them. Please wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us. You can of course inform us of your cancellation in advance.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer), immediately and at the latest at the time of cancellation.
You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original refund
unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will we be charged any fees for this refund.
