Ordering and Payment
Which payment methods can I use to pay?
You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Ideal and Bancontact.
Do I want to receive an order confirmation?
Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), the order summary and the delivery address.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

Shipping to
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free, we cover them.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Here you can check the status of your order and give further instructions to the courier if necessary.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Have you not received your order? That's unfortunate. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will also receive an email with tracking information about your package. Did you not receive this email or is the status of your package unclear? Please contact us at vonblauberlin@outlook.com.
My package tracking shows that my order has been returned. What should I do about it?
Please contact us at vonblauberlin@outlook.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate the incident and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
I've changed my mind, what now?
Have you changed your mind? Of course you have. If you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your order, we will arrange a refund to your account within 30 days of receiving the returned order. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.
I would like to exchange the product, how do I do that?
You can exchange your order for a new item within 30 days of the delivery date at no additional cost. Please note that you will have to pay the minimum shipping costs to send the desired item as well as the shipping costs to return the original item. Once we have received the returned package, we will send you your new item within 7 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
The product arrived damaged, what now?
Have you received a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 30 days to: info@casachique.com, and we will make sure that you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.
I received the wrong order, what now?
Have you received the wrong product? Send us a photo of your order along with your order number to: info@casachique.com, within 30 days, and we will make sure that you receive the correct order free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.
I have not received my order, what do I do now?
Have you not received your product? Send us an email with your order number to: info@casachique.com and we will make sure that you receive your order free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.
I want to cancel my order, what now?
Have you changed your mind or have you chosen the wrong size or color? If you notify us within 30 minutes of placing your order that you wish to cancel or modify your order, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days of receiving the cancellation. If you notify us after 30 minutes, you will have to wait until the order has been delivered and you can still modify or cancel the item.
